Zhejiang Zhoushan Golden Gulf Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Lushan Xiancaotan Repair Shipbuilding Base No. 5 is located on the west bank of Xiaochang Tushan, Changtu Town, Daishan County, Zhejiang Province, east of Lushan Waterway. The size of the dock is 510m (length) × 120m (width) × 14.4m (deep), which is the largest dock currently under construction in China. The dock cofferdam has a total length of 122 meters and a total volume of 55,000 cubic meters. The cofferdam is a composite cofferdam. The upper part has riprap, potting stone and buttress retaining wall. Under the retaining wall, there is a steel pipe column with a hole diameter of 850mm, a spacing of 1m and a length of 8-17m. The dock pier and the cofferdam are integrated into one. The minimum distance between the bottom plate and the cofferdam is less than 1m, and there are a large number of steel pipes supported at both ends of the cofferdam. The structure of the cofferdam and the surrounding environment are very complicated, and the construction period is tight and difficult.

 

  As the ship's cofferdam blasting is rare in the country, Zhejiang Dachang Blasting Engineering Co., Ltd., as a design and construction unit, invited Huo Yongji, Zhang Zhengyu, Liu Honggang and other famous blasting experts to demonstrate the plan several times during the design stage of the blasting scheme. The blasting design plan was expert. Fully affirmed. The blast was identified as a Class A demolition blast.

 

  The blasting demolition of the cofferdam is carried out with a gently inclined horizontal hole, which is divided into 260 sections. The maximum depth of the main blasting hole is 38 meters, and 52 tons of explosives are used. After the explosion, various monitoring indicators show that the blasting seismic wave and flying stone are completely controlled within the design allowable range. Within.

 

  After the explosion, the dock door was closed smoothly and no shallow spots were found. A few days later, the dredging in the dock was completed, the facilities in the dock such as the pump house were intact, and the dock was delivered for use after acceptance.This marked the successful completion of the demolition blasting of the dock cofferdam.
