In October 2007, Dexing Copper Mine successfully implemented the largest blast at the level of Huangkeng 305 in Beishan. This blast effectively widened the working face of the Huangkeng mining area and ensured the stripping as planned. Continued preparations for the relevant projects.

 

  The blasting is located at the level of 305 in Huangkeng, Beishan, with 140 effective holes and a total designed charge of 90 tons. The front of the explosion area is a high-steep slope with complex original landforms and many peripheral equipment. Therefore, the blasting has high safety and technical requirements. . The party and government of the mine required the mining field to organize the elite forces based on party members, do a good job in organizing and coordinating all aspects, and ensure the safety of surrounding personnel and equipment while ensuring the quality of blasting.

 

  In order to complete the blasting task efficiently, the blasting technicians formulated the blasting design plan in advance, strictly grasped the on-site construction management, accurately loaded the charge, and measured the filling height for each hole. For the complexity of the original landform, the front hole shrinkage reduction network Improve the unit consumption of explosives and ensure the quality of blasting; increase the surface network to extend the time, minimize the vibration, strictly control the scattering of gravel; use the bottom spacer to ensure the bottom plate is flat. During the blasting, the alert position is strictly deployed, and the personnel in the warning area are evacuated in time to protect the surrounding equipment and control the entry and exit of the vehicle.
